Batvisa Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Batvisa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Batvisa ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Batvisa website at batvisa.club, downloading the Batvisa mobile app, or creating a Batvisa account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Batvisa platform. These Terms apply to all services offered by Batvisa including sports betting, casino games, promotions, and any other features available on the platform.

Batvisa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Batvisa platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Batvisa, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Batvisa does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing Batvisa from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using Batvisa is legal in your location.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Batvisa employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or banned Batvisa account.

Batvisa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one Batvisa account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Batvisa login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Batvisa will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Batvisa support immediately.

• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and phone number — accurate and up to date.
• Batvisa accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• Batvisa reserves the right to close inactive accounts after 12 consecutive months of no login activity, following prior notice to the registered email address.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Batvisa supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Batvisa does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your Batvisa account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on your bank.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the Batvisa payments team within 24 hours of submission. Funds are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Batvisa does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending identity confirmation.
• Batvisa reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must complete any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Batvisa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Batvisa are final once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.

For sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant match or event as reported by the governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, Batvisa's decision is final. Live in-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted by the system, which may differ from the odds displayed due to latency.

• Batvisa reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to technical issues or otherwise — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by event and market type.
• Casino game results are generated by a provably fair random number generator (RNG). The outcome of each round is determined at the moment the bet is placed and cannot be altered.
• Batvisa reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where irregular patterns are detected.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Batvisa offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and eligible games. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Batvisa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other exploitative behaviour — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

07 Security and Fraud Prevention

Batvisa takes the security of the platform and its players seriously. All connections to Batvisa are protected by SSL encryption. Player data is stored securely and is never shared with unauthorised third parties. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and is strongly recommended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batvisa and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Batvisa platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Any form of money laundering or use of Batvisa for illegal financial activity.

Batvisa monitors all account activity continuously. If suspicious behaviour is detected, Batvisa reserves the right to freeze an account, hold pending withdrawals, and request additional verification without prior notice. Batvisa's security decisions are final.

08 Responsible Gaming

Batvisa is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm. Batvisa provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Batvisa account if you feel you need to stop gambling.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Batvisa platform — including but not limited to the Batvisa logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Batvisa or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Batvisa content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Batvisa platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or software on the platform. Any unauthorised use of Batvisa intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

Batvisa provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Batvisa is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers.
• Losses resulting from your own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Events outside Batvisa's reasonable control, including internet outages or force majeure events.

In no event shall Batvisa's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Batvisa account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification is pending.

Batvisa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is identified.
• The account fails to pass identity verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, Batvisa reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12 Changes to These Terms

Batvisa may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date published on this page.

If you continue to use Batvisa after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
